Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 am–6 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Kenmore is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kenmore follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My classic 1989 Mercury Grand Marquis was in need of a new exhaust pipes and muffler. Mufflerman was recommended be another competitor who could not find compatible parts. So glad I went to mufflerman. Was greeted very warmly. Got my vehicle in with a small waiting time and shown what was necessary to replace. Repair was done in little over an hour. My thanks to Joseph the technician who did a great job. I can't even hear my car running. Will always highly recommend Mufflerman. Thanks much

I was referred to Mufflerman by a very helpful and knowledgeable manager of my local AutoZone. I had asked him to check my car because my check engine light was on. What that had revealed was a catalytic converter issue. Not the news I wanted to hear. He had given me some advice as to where I may get a less expensive one, but also told me to check with Mufflerman and get an estimate before doing anything else, so that's what I did. I stopped in the next day after work. The manager who waited on me at the counter told me that I may not need a new one. It might be something that could be repaired. He told me that it would be about an hour and a half before they could look at it, so I chose to leave it there and walked home, and that they would call me before doing any of the work to let me know what was going on. Within a few hours the manager had called me and told me it was fixable and that I did not need a new catalytic converter. I was beyond happy with that. My total cost was under $250.00. Any other shop could have just told me that I needed a new one and charged me an arm and a leg. This place is honest. No appointments are needed, but they can get busy and I was th

Excellent service. I went to my Buick dealer and they could not fix my 2017 Lacross. It needed a flexable exhaust part and they couldn't find one. They recommended Mufflerman. They had all the parts and technician Conner did a professional job. I will only go there for all exhaust work. Couldn't be more satisfied, and the cost was reasonable . I highly recommend them for all exhaust work. The website needs updating. They don't work on brakes or shocks I heard..

My 3rd visit in about 12 years. Got me in almost immediately. Staff was super friendly. Joe, the tech who worked on my car was forthcoming and honest. In and out in less than an hour and a half. Price was very fair. These guys are pros and a Buffalo staple.

I had a great experience at Mufflerman today. The wait time to speak with someone was very short, and the team was extremely professional from start to finish. I came in looking to get some custom work done on my motorcycle muffler, and they were able to take care of the job the very same day. The quality of the work and the customer service were both excellent. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for fast, professional exhaust work.
